Which phones does it work on?
Android phones from most brands. The phone is set up when you sell it, before it leaves your shop.
What if the customer has no internet?
The lock still works. You can lock or unlock the phone by SMS, and you can give the customer a one-day unlock code over the phone.
Can the customer get around the lock by resetting the phone?
Factory reset is blocked on the phone. If someone forces a wipe, the phone asks for JMF's Google account when it starts again, so it cannot be used. You get an alert when anyone tries.
What happens when the customer finishes paying?
After the last EMI the phone is released automatically. Every restriction is lifted, and the customer can remove the JMF app.
Do I need a computer?
You run your shop from the Partner app on your phone. JMF helps you set up your first phones and shows you how.
Can other shops see my customers?
No. Each shop has its own login and sees only its own customers, phones and EMIs.
